Learn to run alone so you don’t have to. In all of our lives we will experience those times that we have to run alone.
Running alone reveals our hearts. Running alone reveals the source of our provision. Running alone reveals the state of our being. Running alone forces us to make decisions that otherwise we would all together avoid.
When we run away from Christ, we will absolutely find fear in each and every place we hid. There is no where you can run that you will be free from fear. Fear can only not exist when we’re free.

If God is Sovereign then he can be trusted. If God can be trusted then he has the best path for us to follow. If God has the best path for us to follow then we can choose to take it. If we take it then we have learned about the power of choice.
In choosing God we will live! Truly live! Even when the road ahead looks like death.

In this series, Nick offers a shift in perspective, that instead of feeling like we are on the run from life, perhaps we are actually invited to run towards life. But if this shift is going productively influence our faith, it is going to take work, discipline, and the reliance on others who we know, that while on their own run, are cheering us on toward our own finish line.
Do you not know that in a race all the runners run,
but only one receives the prize?
So run that you may obtain it.
